1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 7kkk website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7kkk ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

7kkk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

2. Eligibility

To use the 7kkk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7kkk strictly enforces this age restriction in compliance with responsible gaming standards. Underage gambling is prohibited.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 7kkk or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

7kkk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts of players who cannot demonstrate eligibility will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed. Any winnings accrued during a period when the player was ineligible are subject to forfeiture.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 7kkk Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonus balances will be voided, and net withdrawal requests may be declined pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

7kkk operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in line with best-practice standards for online gaming platforms. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of your nominated payment method before withdrawals are processed. Verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the 7kkk compliance team may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 7kkk will never request your password via any communication channel. You agree to notify 7kkk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 7kkk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

7kkk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. There is no upper withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 7kkk account within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one business hour during standard banking hours. 7kkk does not charge deposit fees. Standard network or transaction charges levied by your payment provider may apply and are outside 7kkk's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 7kkk finance team on a continuous basis throughout the day. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are ordinarily processed on the same day. 7kkk reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks to withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays while verification is completed.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 6.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the 7kkk Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. Players are not subject to foreign exchange risk or conversion fees through the normal operation of the Platform.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 7kkk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type in question. These rules are available within each product area of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to bet settlement.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game, and account status. 7kkk reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or markets at its discretion. VIP programme participants may benefit from enhanced stake limits as notified to them by their account manager.

5.3 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

7kkk reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any bet at any time before settlement if it has reason to believe the bet was placed in error, involved system malfunction, or was placed in breach of these Terms. Bets placed after an event has concluded, or after the relevant market has been suspended, are void. 7kkk makes reasonable efforts to suspend markets promptly but accepts no liability for bets accepted due to data or connectivity delays outside its direct control.

5.4 Palpable Errors

7kkk reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a palpable error in the odds or pricing — including, without limitation, pricing errors caused by technical fault, data feed errors, or human error. Winnings arising from palpable errors will not be paid. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

All bonuses and promotions are subject to eligibility criteria and specific terms that accompany each individual offer. Players must meet all stated requirements — including minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game types, and account verification status — to be eligible. 7kkk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7kkk operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a bonus payout, exploiting errors in promotional mechanics, and any coordinated activity designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. Where bonus abuse is detected, 7kkk reserves the right to void all bonus balances and associated winnings, and to close the account permanently.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

7kkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions that have already been activated by the player at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of activation, subject to the other provisions of this Section.

7. Responsible Gaming

7kkk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7kkk Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the property of 7kkk or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7kkk.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7kkk Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to achieve an artificial outcome in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that constitutes sports integrity fraud in relation to events offered on the Platform.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is illegal.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7kkk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.

7kkk makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7kkk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

7kkk processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 7kkk does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game technology suppliers — and only to the extent required for those purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

7kkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, 7kkk will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 7kkk is incorporated and operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under locally applicable mandatory law.
